Metadata

Define one mooring as one event. Use the import form for the upload of a list of Events.

  • Name of the mooring (LabelEvent )
  • Abbreviation of the Gear, e.g. MOOR
  • Latitude (LatitudeEvent )
  • Longitude (LongitudeEvent )
  • Water depth (ElevationEvent ) negativ !
  • Date of deployment (DateEvent )
  • Time of deployment (TimeEvent )
  • Date of recovery (DateEvent2 ) optional
  • Time of recovery (TimeEvent2 ) optional
  • Campaign of deployment or recovery (Campaign)
  • any usefull Remarks

Data

Any data of one mooring including all traps/cups, current meters and other sensors are imported in one data set including the geocodes DEPTH, water and DATE/TIME.

  1. Column: Event label
  2. Column: Water depth of trap/sensor (1619, Geocode)
  3. Column: Date/Time of cup opening/start (1599, Geocode)
  4. Column: Date/Time of cup closure/end (7021) optional
  5. Column: Duration/number of collecting/measuring days per cup/sensor (6754)
  6. Column: Cup label (790) optional
  7. to n. Column: Data (parameter name [unit] or ID of parameter)
