RSS stands for RDF (Resource Description Framework) Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication. RSS is a web feed that allows users and applications to access updates to websites in a standardized, computer-readable format.
PANGAEA allows to download the most recent files, imported to PANGAEA, using an RSS-feed at http://www.pangaea.de/tools/latest-datasets.rss
